i'm trying to improve & update my local account punye procedure. currently i'm using the 'pre-paid' style.
i'm trying to improve the paperwork of it. skang ni nk kena tulis dlm buku, tulis resit & mcm2 lg.
sape2 ade komen / cadangan untuk issue ini?

kalau malas nak tulis sendiri .. beli 1 software accounting .. and just type semua dalam ..
papepun .. u need to keep the receipt for reference , takut kang derang cakap pape laks :D
aku gune postpaid .. bukan prepaid local acc . but i can say banyak masalah :D
if gune account software . at least leh tau berape banyak tinggal ..
or nak save budget .. gunelah Microsoft Excel :D
Umm... mine's prepaid too.. n m using UBS to keep track of the a/cs..
but yea, still have to keep a copy for ourselves.. write book lar..1 for customer copy n 1 for us....
or kalau nak senang, just print double receipts and asked driver's to sign as acknowledgement jer...but takut receipt atas thermal paper tak tahan jer...

hye ch'ng. currently i'm jst using excell n manual(buku) je. kira ok la. yg problem cuma nk kurangkan paperwork je. slowly but surely. heheh...
